Although your BJUI Knowledge account will be set up when you enter your email address and create a password at the beginning of the payment process, you will not be able to access the platform until your payment has been successful.

10. Why is the price for my country different to that for other countries?

18. I am missing some module completion certificates

We now issue certificates on completion of a module. If you would like certificates for modules completed before April 2020, please email us at bjuiknowledge@bjui.info.

19. What is your policy on any manuscripts coming from Russia?

Along with the majority of the world, BJU International stands with the Ukrainian people and condemns the violence, suffering and death caused by Russia's invasion of Ukraine. After careful consideration, all BJU International’s journals and platforms will pause the handling of any manuscript where the research is funded by the Russian state or where an author is based at a Russian institution. Recognising that scientific discourse should not be barred by political disagreements, we will continue to receive submissions of such manuscripts but will only proceed to review and publish them when Ukrainian clinicians can go back to caring for patients without hindrance in safe hospitals and clinics. We sincerely hope that day will come soon.
