Cancelling your subscription

You are entitled to cancel your subscription within 14 days after we email you to confirm that we accept your order, unless you have started downloading or streaming content within this first 14 days.

If you would like to cancel you can either:

1. complete the Cancellation form, which can be accessed via Manage Subscriptions and selecting Request Cancellation, or
2. email us at bjuiknowledge@bjui.info with the information below (copy, paste and complete this Model cancellation form).
